Lovable: How Woman Can Heal Their Sensitive Hearts

Lovable is for women who are ready to clear their blocks to full self-expression and step into their confidence. All women will relate to the compelling personal and client stories illustrating the unseen emotional wounding experienced by young girls and the life-time of emotional distress it causes for them as adult women. I wrote Lovable to provide women with unique holistic healing strategies for chronic emotional health issues. Lovable inspires and empowers women to truly heal, express their authentic selves and create a life they love.
In my work as a holistic pediatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in holistic treatment of mental health issues in children. I began seeing their mothers struggling with their own emotional health more than ever before. Lovable was inspired by my realization that the mothers needed more help than the children.
Because I had gone through my own personal emotional healing, I wanted to share my strategies with other women. So I started Woman to Woman Life Coaching. Talking with more women, it became clear that limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and emotional issues like chronic stress, anxiety, and insecurity, were blocking their happiness and success in life.
